Are people facing any such problems in country too?

Greetings friends!

In my country we are facing problems related to respiratory system like flu, cold, congestion in nose and lungs, sour throat etc. during these days. Though, government claims it is not covid but its symptoms are just like covid. It is claiming to be H3N2 variant of flu. Are people facing any such problems in country too?
