Can you suggest any such cryptocurrency which transfer is swift and without paying fee?

Greetings friends!

As it was mentioned that Bitcoin and cryptocurrency transaction would be free of charges, we can see that it is not true. It takes fee in the form of gas for etherium and also other cryptos transactions need paying fee for transferring. There are some exceptions like Hive, Steem etc. but when someone has to transfer Hive from the exchanges, it requires paying fee for it.

So, it means cryptocurrency transactions are not completely free as it was told in the whitepapers of many cryptos.

Can you suggest any such cryptocurrency which transfer is swift and without paying fee? If you know about it, please mention that crypto as well in your comment.
