HF21 is about to be implemented very soon. Steem users have many expectations from it but there are many doubts in the minds of minnows, plankton and new users about its impact on their progress. HF20 had made it almost impossible for the low steem holders to do much here. HF21 is not going to change this scenario at all. In fact, it has created confusion and chaos for the lower class (low sp holders) users. So, my question is related to this.
Will HF21 make life of plankton and minnows easier on steem platform?
Minnow and plankton have no life on steem platform and after HF21, it will be worse.
HF21 will decrease opportunities for them.
They might be getting benefit as 50/50 reward system will encourage others to upvote their posts.
