Are those who have invested fiat working harder on the Steem blockchain?

There are many kind of users on Steem blockchain and today I'd like to categorize them by their investment. 1. Some have invested only their time, knowledge, photographs and videos. Some would argue that this is can't be called investment, I'd say those are wrong. This is also investment. 2. Other have invested fiat plus time, knowledge, photographs and videos.

My question is, are those who have invested fiat working harder on the Steem blockchain? Is there a difference between the two categories?
