As a regular Steemian, in what way could we effectively help the Steemit newbies that are in "red fish" or "minnow" levels?

I think it’s already obvious for anyone who stayed in this platform for quite some time that navigating through the Steemit ecosystem is not as easy as it may seem. Rewards could be as sweet or as bitter as what we can have in real life.

For some that are lucky enough to have found their way through the depths of the unknown and found a way to earn a good amount of rewards ~ it’s a sweet experience. But for those, who hasn’t reach the part of the ecosystem wherein they can fulfil the exposure and a chance to earn for their posts ~ it’s going to be a bitter experience with them.

To be in a “bitter” situation that was mentioned above is somewhat a turn-off for newbies. At some point, it will be their reason to leave the platform.

Below are lists of ideas that I learn and observe over the course of my stay in this platform. Maybe you can shed some light whether which one should be the most helpful for the current state of newbies in Steemit platform.
