We can power up Hive any time at any amount, but it's more of an event on certain days. 1st of each month is Hive Power Up Day, and it takes some amount of HIVE to qualify. Power Up Month is done when 1 HIVE is powered up daily for 31 days, or when a post is published with 100% HP payour each day for 31 days. * 15th of each month is LEO Power Up Day, and it requires 150 LEO to qualify.
