What's the best way to get Steemians to contribute?

I'm building a new artistic Steem project at the moment... and I'm curious to how I might best get people to interact with the site...

It's a separate website that relies on Steem posts for it's contributions... I know there will be some people excited to contribute purely for the nature of the project, but I don't think that will be too many people... so I'm curious to your thoughts on how to get more people involved?
