What I asked today, I know this topic depends on many other things and it's a vast thing to discuss. But I am asking coz I have seen online courses does not hold the same value as offline/institutional education.
Even my office usually sort CV seeing this criteria. But my concern is of it does not serve the overall purpose, why we are continuing this?
