Do you agree with the duplicity of artistic content in nTOPAZ?

This question is very controversial, and the truth is that I thought a lot (up to a whole day) to dare to ask this public question. As a few know, I'm a curator of a community. And I feel that one of my duties is to update myself regarding the regulations of each one of the dapps that arise in the blockchain steem.

I have observed how some people complain that there are people who misuse dapps, such as steempress (publish a post in different languages) everything to get more profit, but this is really wrong, should not be done.

As curator I share the idea that you can be bilingual and make a post in steempress and the same post in another language without having to use some other dapp, just use steemit.

Well, this is something that goes to everyone's discretion, what I can advise is that the @steempress team should make an announcement about their rules, so that the communities that have their trail, are clear about what they should vote or not.

But anyway, this is not the problem of the question.

Some time ago I saw an uproarious conversation of some curators complaining about the votes to art publications published since the dapp nTOPAZ, that caught my attention a lot but I didn't investigate further.

This week I learned that on this platform artists can publish existing content in steemit that does not have much time to publish. This really alarmed me a lot, so I researched, and indeed there is a large percentage of users who are publishing their post on dtube or another dapp without changing anything at all, in the same language and everything on the nTOPAZ platform.

Knowing this, the question is very simple to answer. So with all the respect we all deserve, I'd like to know what you think.

PS: I'm not going to show evidence of duplicate publications to avoid damaging the image of some user, this is for the purpose of knowing only their opinion.
