How much effort should be given in Tribe's compared to the token Steem ?

This is really visible how much Tribes are creating fuzz over here on Steem Blockchain and the tokens of theirs are also becoming valuable and efficient as well. How much you are giving priority to these so called tokens and how much you collecting them from your contents/purchase ?
