DISCLAIMER: Technology is NOT a problem, the people are.

Both applications, the dLike and Buzzi IF used properly, should not be a problem on their own, the problem is that multiple user accounts are abusing those applications, multi-tagging posts made with them and horrendously spamming the entire community, not only the Neoxian City but many 'cities', groups and tribes.

Most of these abusers are blacklisted and flagged by multiple groups.

Discouraging these accounts won't be a huge favor just to Neoxian City but also to those two services and their userbase as well. But, if done in that way, it will take a huge amount of time and effort, case-to-case differences are not that great, but they are visible.

In other hand, both venues accept a great amount of copied content as valid for a reward, either STU or tokens, without much differentiation or thought HOW much this affect the overall biosphere of the STEEM blockchain.

My question is related only about Neoxian City and that tag, I think that the stakeholders at least above 300 NEOXAG should have a word about this, because they actually make Neoxian City alive.

The question is, should we leave those people to abuse Buzzi and dLike and to let them be used with neoxian tag, or to discourage them altogether??
