Praetoria has been made open for claim for over a month and there is a vast amount of Land has not even been claimed. There are different areas on Praetoria with their own pros and cons. My assumption is that buyers of Land are waiting to get more information or they are wanting to spread their claims around and diversify.
50 Regions Claimed So Far
PLOTs are served in a first come, first served basis. If PLOTs are being claimed within a TRACT, the next available TRACT is given in full for the investor. REGION claims are distributed the using the same method. Looking at the current state of Praetoria, it is possible to conclude that REGION 49 and REGION 50 have been claimed by a whale/s already.
This is a very slow rate of claims. I have an old screenshot from 1st February for comparison.

I have decided to spread my PLOTS around, but not as 57 random locations in Praetoria. I will claim few consecutive PLOTS at a time in few areas.
