I love @steemmonsters and as a way o giving back to the STEEM community (and to see a bit of promotion for the best blockchain game existing at the moment) I giveaway @steemmonsters cards. These giveaways will always tay tru to the @contestkings mantra of No Follows/Resteems/Upvotes.

But I see many regulars among my 20-30 participants and I think it is only fair to see them have an extra chance for a win. I can easily add +1 win chance at STEEM Random Winner Picker for Follows and Resteems. I don't know any easy and fair way to add upvoters extra winning chances. Please let me know if you know of any.
