Do you use your phone while driving?

Different countries different rules.

"Who is part of the traffic, car, bike, should focus on traffic only", I read in the AD newspaper. More and more people use their mobile phones while driving for: it's a navigation system, messaging, music, calling, and even gaming. My phone stays at home and if not... The sound is always switched off. For me, it's driving from A to B and this means I am not interested in what people have to say, share at that specific moment. I am available once I am back home again.

I find it very hard to believe so many people need to make an urgent phone call as soon as they get into their car. Everyone around me I see calling, bus, and truck drivers included. What happened to handsfree calling? For some reason it never became popular?

If you use your phone if you are driving a car or bike it will cost you 240 euros.

In other countries on the other hand it's no problem to use your phone if you wait in your car till the train passed by. To be honest that sounds odd to me. I wonder how to know, learn, all those different rules if you drive abroad.
