Steem is not easy to understand.

Some rule, try to rule, make changes on this platform and you seldom hear why or what is going on. No matter how much I read I always seem to be in the wrong group, those who hardly know anything, and run behind the facts.

Who starts those proposals? More you can find back HERE and in steemitwallet.com's menu. I wonder how many (new) Steemians have a look at it.
