Lately I am remembering my dreams again.
In most cases, it is because I wake up several times a night (at the moment my allergies cause it).
There was a time I wrote up what I dreamed of even kept a dream diary. I trained myself to wake up after a dream, write it down and go back to sleep. The next morning I had a lot to read. Except for the last two or three dreams, I couldn't remember the rest.
There was a long period I dreamed I could not open my eyes (to me it felt as getting blind) .
First I thought I would get blind, next, I thought I preferred to stay blind for a certain truth (although I tried hard to open my eyes), after that I know it is more like all those times I get kind of unconscious I am so tired my brains/body shut down and I literally fall down. I feel dizzy, can hear but not move, not open my eyes or speak. I am dehydrated again and my eyelids are stuck to my eyeballs. It's painful and I needed to use eye drops for at least three times during the last night. It looks as if my dreams of years ago come true.
